Job Description:

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our dynamic and growing team. This position is ideal for someone who values a positive work culture, thrives in a collaborative setting, and is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals. We will support you in working with the clients you want while providing a growth-oriented atmosphere. We work primarily with clients from BIPOC and immigrant backgrounds, especially those from the AAPI community.

**If you have existing clients to bring in, we are happy to work with you to continue their care**

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy sessions with a focus on client-centered, evidence-based practices.
• Create and maintain personalized treatment plans that foster growth and healing.
• Utilize appropriate assessments to help track measurable therapeutic progress.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with a team of therapists to share insights and provide comprehensive care.
• Implement culturally-proficient therapeutic interventions in individual and group settings.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with our core values.

Qualifications:

• Active or pending licensure in one of the following: LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD.
• A strong commitment to evidence-based and ethical practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
• Experience working with immigrant, AAPI, and BIPOC communities
• Enthusiasm for contributing to a thriving, culture-forward workplace.
